Granted, my chance would have been a snowball's chance in hell -- but a chance, nonetheless! Then along came a 1% monster, who hates women, Mexicans, Muslims, Blacks and Jews, all the things that most Americans hate; so, naturally, every bigot, misogynist, redneck, and hater, crawled out from underneath their rocks and voted him in. Our one percent masters are jumping for joy as now all their plans will quickly become law with one of their own in power. I'm just wondering how long after he takes office that the round-ups will begin? Here are Herr Trumps plans for his first day in office: removing "more than two million criminal illegal immigrants from the country;" canceling "every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum, and order issued by President Obama;" suspending immigration "from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur;" repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act; allowing the Keystone XL pipeline to move forward; lifting restrictions on fossil fuel production; selecting a Supreme Court nominee in the mold of the late Justice Antonin Scalia; canceling "billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs;" establishing "a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;" and ending federal funding for sanctuary cities." Makes you wonder what he has planned for the second day, huh? You may recall that Trump was the head of the "Birther Movement," who pledged to "bomb the shit" out of Middle Eastern countries, kill terrorist's innocent families, do "a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding," and even suggested that "dipping bullets in pigs' blood" may be a "sound counter-terrorism policy." Trump has a long history of misogyny and belittling women; but after a decade-old tape surfaced of Trump saying he could "grab [women] by the pussy," and "if you're a star, they let you do it," many were horrified, and numerous women came forward with stories of being victimized by Trump. (Trump is due to go to trial in December for molesting a 12 year old). Trump's hatred of American Muslims may be his first action, his campaign already having incited hundreds of anti-Muslim hate crimes and started a new wave of anti-Muslim bullying in schools. Trump's promises to spy on mosques and ban Muslims from entering the country has electrified his base, and served as consistent applause lines throughout his campaign. During the campaign, Trump's followers put me in mind of Hitler's rallies and followers; this will not bode well, America! Trump's circle of advisors, surrogates, and political stooges include people who brag about spying on mosques and call for "sharia tests" of all American Muslims, under penalty of deportation. (You may recall that the Jews were treated the same way in Germany before deportations turned to exterminations!) General Michael Flynn, a top national security adviser to Donald Trump, and possible Defense Secretary, has tweeted that "fear of Muslims is rational." You may remember Mike also said to effect that, "Our god was better than their god, because our god is real and their god is not," even though it's the very same mythology. So, America, get ready to sing it loud and sing it proud... "When der fuhrer says we ist de master race. We heil, heil right in der fuhrer's face. Not to love der fuhrer is a great disgrace. So we heil, heil right in der fuhrer's face." Oh, and don't forget to start, and end, every conversation with a "Heil Trump!" And, one other thing. Remember when the Democrats said it was alright that Barry gave himself the power to murder Americans citizens abroad, without charges, or oversight, or defense, or an appeals court, or a jury of their peers, even if they were children, because Barry would never, ever, abuse this self-given power? Remember that? Well, guess who has that power now! That's right, America's favorite xenophobic psychopath! Now add to that the fact that the 1% now controls the White House, both Houses of Congress, the FBI and as soon as Trump can find some right wing loony-toon to fill the vacancy on the Extreme Court, (which will quickly be rubber stamped by the Senate) they will control that too.
